2. Nature of Services
Peakrim provides structured financial education programs designed to build financial literacy and analytical understanding. All programs are educational in nature and are intended to help Participants develop knowledge, frameworks, and practical tools for thinking about personal financial matters.
Peakrim is not a licensed financial advisor, investment broker, insurance agent, legal advisor, or tax consultant under Thai law. Programs do not constitute, and should not be construed as, personalised financial advice, investment recommendations, legal guidance, or regulated services of any kind.
Participants are encouraged to seek qualified professional advice before making any financial, investment, legal, or tax decisions. Where appropriate, Peakrim may recommend suitable professionals, but such referrals do not constitute an endorsement or assume any responsibility for the services of third parties.
3. Enrollment & Registration
Enrollment in any Peakrim program requires prior contact with Peakrim via telephone, email, or the contact form on our website. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Peakrim.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enroll independently. Individuals under 18 may participate only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility under these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of enrollment. Peakrim reserves the right to decline or cancel an enrollment at its discretion, in which case any payments received will be refunded in full.
Each Program enrollment is for a single individual. Programs are not transferable to another person without prior written consent from Peakrim.
4. Fees & Payment
Program fees are as published on the Peakrim website at the time of enrollment:
- Inflation-Adjusted Goal Setting: ฿4,000 (two sessions)
- Comparative Investment Vehicle Analysis: ฿8,500 (four sessions)
- Legacy Planning Foundation: ฿19,000 (four sessions)
All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Fees are subject to change; the applicable fee is that confirmed in writing at the time of your enrollment.
Payment is due in full prior to the first Session of any Program. Accepted payment methods include Thai bank transfer and cash payment at our office. A payment confirmation will be issued upon receipt of cleared funds.
Peakrim does not store or process payment card data directly. Any card payments facilitated through third-party systems are subject to the security and privacy policies of those providers.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Participants may reschedule a Session by providing at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests should be made by telephone (+66 2 438 7241) or email. Peakrim will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new time within the same program cycle.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or where the Participant does not attend without prior notice, will generally be forfeited unless exceptional circumstances apply. Peakrim may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement session where circumstances are considered genuine.
If Peakrim needs to cancel or reschedule a Session due to unforeseen circumstances, Participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and a replacement Session will be arranged at no additional cost.
6. Refund Policy
Participants who request a cancellation of their entire Program enrollment before attending any Session are entitled to a full refund, provided the request is made at least five (5) business days before the first scheduled Session.
Cancellations requested fewer than five business days before the first Session, or after any Session has been attended, are not eligible for a full refund. In such cases, Peakrim may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund or credit for a future program where exceptional circumstances are demonstrated.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of the confirmed cancellation. Peakrim reserves the right to deduct any reasonable administrative costs incurred.
Where Peakrim cancels an entire Program for reasons within its control, Participants will receive a full refund of fees paid.
7. Program Materials
All Materials provided during a Program are for the personal use of the enrolled Participant only. Materials are included in the program fee and will be provided in digital or printed format as agreed during the session planning process.
Participants may use Materials for their own personal financial planning and reference. Materials may not be reproduced, shared, redistributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Peakrim.
Materials are provided as educational reference documents. They reflect general frameworks and publicly available data as of the time of preparation. Peakrim does not warrant that Materials are free of errors, complete, or applicable to every individual financial situation.
8. Intellectual Property

Peakrim reserves the right to terminate a Participant's enrollment at any time if conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of these Terms. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued for Sessions already delivered.
